My twins (M & F ) are looking for a responsible, easy-going roommate to share a rd floor apartment. Building is owned by my their father. I live on the 1st floor.

• Room: Private bedroom with semi-private bathroom (Shared washer & dryer in bathroom)
• Apartment: Shared kitchen, Living room, dining room, & extra bonus room.
• Floor: 2nd floor

• 2 blocks from Downtown Beverly
• Near Montserrat and Endicott Colleges
• Walking distance to the train station

About them:
Male and Female siblings, college graduates. Both avid video gamers, he likes sports and she like animals and gardening. Both non-smokers and no pets in the unit. I have a small dog but she doesn't go upstairs.
