Hi! I’m looking for someone to rent a private room in my apartment in Fairfax, very close to George Mason University.

The room is bright and part of a modern, clean apartment. The bathroom connected to the room is shared only when guests are visiting. The apartment has central AC and heating, lots of natural light, and a comfortable, well-maintained layout.

You’ll have full access to the kitchen and living room. The community also has a gym, and there is easy street parking available very close by.

Rent is $ per month.

No cats or dogs, please.
