The available room is large, bright, and private, with its own en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, so you will have plenty of space and privacy. Natural light fills the room throughout the day, making it a really comfortable place to relax and unwind.
You will be sharing a beautiful home with a big backyard, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. We have a working fireplace and several fruit trees on the property — including lemon, orange, lime, tangerine, and persimmon trees. It’s a peaceful and homey space that we truly enjoy.
Common areas include a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining room, plus in-unit laundry. There’s also plenty of storage available in the garage, which is a big bonus.
All roommates are friendly, clean, and tidy, and we value open communication and a positive living environment. We are looking for someone who’s responsible, easy-going, and will enjoy sharing a comfortable home.
