Safe and friendly: We live on-, and the neighborhood is known for its welcoming, friendly vibe. The home is located at the end of a private road with parking available under our detached car port.

Walkable: Walk to big store shopping or thrift store shopping just a few blocks away. It's also an easy place to zip around and run your adulting-type errands without losing your mind.

One mile away from Interstate 5 or two miles to the light rail station to the east, miles to the west will bring you to the beach. Hiking trails and big store shopping all around us providing the best of both worlds!
