Looking for a third male roommate for our 3 bedroom, 2 bath, living room, and kitchen in Long Beach to move in by January 30th. We split the bill 3 ways, but are happily open to negotiation. $3496 SPLIT 3 WAYS

2nd street is a block away, Mothers Beach is right down the street, The Pike Outlets is a 10 minute drive, In N Out, 2nd and PCH, and The Marina are all 5 minutes away. No pets however can be up for discussion. We are also 420 friendly.

10 minute drive from CSULB

We live in a very safe neighborhood that’s pretty quiet, no garage however street parking is very accessible. We know our neighbors who also go to CSULB and they’re very nice. Utilities are gas, electric, and wifi. Water/trash is paid for. There’s an on site laundry unit (2.50 wash/2.00 dry). A bathroom would be shared with Andrew as well. We also share our pots/pans and silverware. We don’t mind as long as you clean after yourself.
