My husband, Joseph, and I are the homeowners and will be living in the house. Joseph works from home, while I am a high school band director. My schedule starts early in the morning and I typically return home late in the evenings. We value a respectful, comfortable shared living environment and are generally busy with work during the week. We also have a small Chihuahua named Athena who roams freely throughout the house. She is very sweet and friendly, though she can have a loud bark at times.
