Hello everyone, I currently live at The Brexx at State College and was looking for someone to take over my lease. I would be looking for someone to take over my lease from Jan-July st!! Rent is $ a month; it’s a bathroom household. I am willing to pay January and help out with February. There’s a washer and dryer in the unit. There’s a gym and a pool at the clubhouse. It is also right by a bus stop approximately minutes from PSU. If you have anymore questions, please DM me. Thank you!
