-Will need a credit score check and proof of financial responsibility
-Area is near along Don Mills Rd. and Eglinton Ave.; close to bus stops (less than 5-minute walk); -minute drive to downtown and nearest hospitals (NYGH/Sunnybrook)
-Area is also less than a 5-minute walk from Flemingdon Park and Flemingdon Park Plaza (has supermarket, medical and dental clinic, dollar stores, churches, schools, Shoppers Drug Mart, McDonald’s, Subway, Tims, etc.); also close to other nearby parks and trails
