Hello!

I'm a parent and business professional moving back to Loveland to put down roots. While I search for permanent housing, I'm hoping to find a room in a respectful home.

A little about our dynamic: My two kids () are settled with their dad in Johnstown for school during the week, and they'll be visiting me on weekends. We've had a great co-parenting rhythm for a decade, so it's a very stable arrangement.

As for me, I'm a reliable tenant, quiet, clean, and financially stable. When the kids are over, our weekends are filled with their sports (soccer, cheer) and quiet home time (they're into art, VR with headphones, and reading). I actively parent for respect and consideration in shared spaces.

I'd love to find a spot where I can be a peaceful, positive presence. I'm happy to answer any questions!
