ROOMMATE NEEDED – FEBRUARY

Looking for a quiet, respectful housemate to share my -bathroom townhouse. Rent is $/month, including utilities.

You’ll have your own private bedroom and share the bathroom, kitchen, and common areas with me. It’s just me and my mini poodle here—we’re both pretty chill. I’m quiet, clean, and LGBTQ+ friendly, and I’m looking for someone with similar vibes.

The townhouse is in a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to Downtown Westminster and Olde Town Arvada. There is always street parking available in front of the unit, and there’s some storage space available in the garage.

Ideal roommate:
Quiet, clean, respectful, LGBTQ+ friendly, non-smoker/non-vaper, and okay with dogs (no additional pets, please). Ideally +. Must be financially responsible and able to pay rent on time each month.

I’m and work in data entry for a local T-shirt company. I’ve lived in Colorado for almost years and absolutely love it here. I’m a homebody at heart—I enjoy staying in, watching movies, reading, and spending time with my dog, Honey.

I’m not a partier and don’t drink or smoke, and I’d strongly prefer a roommate with a similar lifestyle. I value honesty, communication, and a peaceful home environment, and I hope you do too.
