I have a 3rd floor spacious room open that has a private bathroom and small porch. Off street parking, laundry in home and a sauna!



The room has its own tv with WIFi and lots of storage.



I have one student who is just graduating from the U of M soon on the 2nd floor and another older roommate also on the second floor.



My home is by the lakes and in a nice area! Walking distance to cafes and shops. It’s a great room for studying and having peace!



You would have full access to the whole house and yard. If you like to cook I have all you will need. I tend to work a lot! So during the week I am not around much. And on weekends I do the cleaning of the house for the week.
