I am a year old professional. I enjoy gaming, movies, paddleboarding, and camping.

I have 3 rooms available with 1 Shared Bathroom between them. No pets allowed please. Having a car is a must we are about half a mile from nearest bus stop.

The house has fully furnished living room(" with surround sound), fully stocked kitchen, and a ' covered second story deck. There is street parking and one spot in the driveway. Very quiet neighborhood.
Room has TV mount for up " TV, and a ceiling fan.
Base pay for room is $ with shared utilities(Internet, Power, Water, Garbage, Lawn Care). If you would like we can do all utilities included for $(shared power). No security deposit and rent is month to month. Willing to discuss and negotiate for long term renters.
