Hello! My name is Lily, and I am looking for two new housemates to move into the downstairs apartment in a lovely Victorian home in West Oakland.

My partner of almost 4 years and my good friend live in the upstairs apartment.
The downstairs (and available) apartment is currently occupied, but will be available end of January .

I am in December, and graduating this fall from California College of the Arts with a dual BFA in Sculpture and in Jewelry and Metal Arts. I am an Oakland native and familiar with and comfortable in the East Bay. I want to move back after 4 years in the city (for school) because both my job and partner are there.

Ideally, looking for two more cool and creative femmes or non binary folx to take over this amazing space with me!

Since I am local, I have a ton of cool furniture and artwork I have collected over the years, and I look forward to decorating the space!
I have had not-so-great roommate situations in the past, so I really value a high level of communication, cleanliness, and mutual respect.

I have a pet ball python that is in a tank and would reside in my room. Hopefully you're ok with snakes!

I unfortunately do not have all photos of the interior of the place yet, as there are still people living there, but I am friendly with them, and they've promised to send photos soon. We could maybe even set up a tour!
