I’m a graduate student at Temple University looking for a place in Philadelphia, as well potential roommates to team up with a find spots. I’m responsible, respectful, and easy to live with.

I keep shared spaces clean, pay rent on time, and value a calm living environment during the week. I’m social but not a partier and usually keep to myself.

Ideally looking for a place with like minded roommates who communicate well and take cleanliness seriously. Flexible on move in date and happy to chat or meet to see if it’s a good fit.
