Rent is $ a month. No security deposit or one month in advance required. This is a month agreement, after which will be a month to month basis. At present the room does have a twin bed, a computer table and one dorm refrigerator for personaluse. However, the furniture can be removed. Tenant will be sharing the main hallway bathroom with 3 other tenants. Utilities, internet, Laundry Room and kitchen use are included in rent. Must provide your own food. Parking in street. Friendly home. NO COUPLES OR PETS ALLOWED. Great for College or Military individual. Close to the library, beach, Walmart, Target, Theater and other shopping center and CSUMB.
