Hi, my name is Talia. I am a -year old single mother looking to rent out a room to help alleviate monthly costs, help free up my time to spend with my son, and to pursue my plant business. The listing is for the room only. Price also includes utilities and WIFI access. There is a separate refrigerator which you can use to store food. The kitchen is a common area, but you will only have access to food you bring in. There are 5 bedrooms in total with one and a half bath, so it's pretty spacious. No pets are allowed.
