Hi All,

My name is SeeVoun, and I'm seeking a female roommate to share a living space with at the Sovren in Hyattsville, MD.

The apartment I found would be a -bath apartment that would range from $ , when split between us, totaling from $, with utilities and other fees.

The apartment has a washer and dryer, a living room, a kitchen, and some layouts have a balcony. It has a fitness center and a garage for parking.

I prefer not to share anything, this includes clothes, makeup, personal care items, food, cleaning products, etc. I am very respectful of others and their personal belongings/expectations, so I expect the same. I am a clean and neat person pertaining to shared spaces, and I hope for a roommate who wants the same. I prefer a roommate who does not have pets because I'm highly allergic to cats and other animals with fur.

For background, I am a recent graduate of Old Dominion University, and I am currently years old. I enjoy trying new foods, going to festivals and museums, and going to DC flea markets (I absolutely love retail shopping).

I currently work on Capitol Hill, so this apartment is perfect for commuting from.

While I don’t expect a roommate relationship where we’re constantly hanging out, I’m definitely open to being friendly and possibly making a new friend.
