Looking for someone to take over my lease for a private room in a modern B at The Greenpoint House ( Greenpoint Ave), available ASAP through August . The building is right on Greenpoint Ave, close to cafes, bars, restaurants, and easy subway/ferry access, with a rooftop that has amazing skyline views and multiple outdoor spaces for relaxing or working.​|


Rent is $/month plus utilities split, and I’m offering days rent‑free on move‑in ASAP to help with the transition. I’m only moving out due to a recent job loss and need to reduce my monthly expenses.​


The apartment has a fully furnished living room and kitchen, in‑unit washer/dryer, and access to a fitness center, bike room, cowork space, movie lounge, library, and game room in the building.​


Move‑in: ASAP, pending standard Outpost Club application (background check) plus first month’s rent and security deposit.
