Looking for a Malden lease takeover, available January rent. Water and sewer included in rent. Utilities are around $ depending on the season and are split with other tenants. minute walk to Malden Center station. 1 minute walk to bus stop at end of street, goes to Sullivan and Malden Center. 7 minute walk to other bus stops. 5 minute walk to Medford Target and restaurants. Unit comes with two driveway parking spots to share. None are currently being used. Roommates are three girls in their s, looking for similar roommate, (female or non-binary preferred.) Everyone kind of does their own thing and works most of the day but occasionally cross paths and chat a bit. Free laundry in the basement and plenty of storage room! No built in closet however the landlord has supplied a wardrobe that is the size of a small closet, this has room to hang clothes and also has shelves. One bathroom, kitchen, living room, three seasons room, one closet in common area that we use for cleaning supplies mostly, we have a chore chart and rotate chores weekly. First, last, and one month security to move in. Landlord reviews applicants and requires proof of last 6 months rent, proof of income, and credit report.
