Boutique, dog-friendly home near the beach — warm, calm, and beautifully designed.

A private bedroom with a private bathroom is available in my boutique-style apartment in Huntington Beach, just one block from the ocean and next to Pacific City. The building has a resort-like feel with a beautiful pool, a fully equipped gym, a dog park, and even a dog spa. It’s a peaceful, safe neighborhood where everything is walkable — cafés, restaurants, stores, and the beach path are right nearby.

The apartment is fully furnished in a clean, neutral, boutique-hotel style. I work in interior design, so the space is well-organized, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. If you appreciate a stylish, calm, and welcoming home, you’ll feel right at ease here.

Your room has fresh carpet, a closet with sliding doors, and a private bathroom. You’ll also have your own parking spot, which is a huge plus in this area.

A few important things about fit:
• Dog-friendly — I do plan to get a dog, so you must be comfortable living with one (any size).
• Unfortunately no cats, as there is no suitable place for a litter box.
• No partying at all — this is a peaceful home for someone who values a quiet, relaxing environment.
• Must be clean, respectful, organized, and reliable.
• No smoking and no drugs.

Rent is $ per month plus $ for utilities. Security deposit is $, and a $ refundable pet deposit applies if you have a dog.
