Looking for a Roommate

I’m looking for someone to take over my roommate’s
lease in January, at Tava Waters. I have a spacious sq ft. BR apartment near the Lowry/Glendale area. The rent is $ per month. I have cable & wifi covered so all you'd have to cover is your portion of the rent plus utilities. The complex is in a luxurious, gated neighborhood, with a lake and an on- restaurant within a 5 min walk.
I’m years old. I work in film & television, and I’m pretty laid back. I like to make music and skate during my free time. I’m looking for someone in their mid-late twenties who has a stable income. I have no preference in males or females, I'm just looking for someone who’s laid back as well and is drama free. (Bonus points if you're an artist yourself).
