Hi, my name is Sasharna. I am a -year old professional. I would like to rent out a spare bedroom in my single family home. The house is located on a dead end street and is fairly quiet, not a lot of traffic. It sits on an acre of land. The room can fit a king size bed. You will have your own privacy and you are free to use the kitchen, living room, outside space and bathroom as you please. I work a lot and go to school but I am present in the home. I am a year old female, currently in nursing school. I have 2 dogs that are extremely friendly (they don’t stay in the house, they have a designated space) and I welcome pets. Smoking is okay if it’s done OUTSIDE ONLY, and if you don’t litter your cigarettes. The $ price includes rent, light, heat and wifi. Price is negotiable depending on how long you decide to rent for. You pay for your own groceries. I ask that you simply clean up after yourself and communicate with me if any issues arise.
