Hi! I have one bedroom available for sublease starting mid-December through Spring (July ) . You'll have the option to renew at the end of the sublease.

(My roommate is also subleasing her room right next to mine-- so if there are two of you looking for a sublease this would be perfect!)

-This is a GIRLS ONLY apartment. You will have 4 amazing roommates.
-Move in date: mid-December
-Reason for subleasing: I have loved living here but am graduating in December and will be moving out of Boone.
-Furniture: I am willing to part with most of my furniture for an added price (negotiable!) which includes: bed frame, mattress, desk, shelves, and mini fridge).
