Politically moderate to liberal household. Single educated veteran with a cute dog is the home owner. I keep the house pretty clean. You’d have a room in pretty much your own wing of the house. Private bathroom which you’d be responsible for keeping clean. In house laundry room. No drugs, no drinkers, must be financially and mentally stable. High speed fiber internet included. Must be okay with one small and friendly dog. Anybody that lives here is also responsible for keeping an eye out for the dog. IE: keeping toxic things off the ground, be nice to him, don’t let him out of the house, etc. LGTBQ friendly, non-racist home. House has a really nice patio up against a park in a quiet subdivision.
