hi everyone! my 2 roommates and i are looking for someone to move into our home in SDSU college area asap, by january 1st at the very latest!! we are looking for someone to take over the lease from december to the end of july .

the room that we are offering is shown in the pictures, it is about $ per month, and about $ more per month for utilities. there is also a $ security deposit.

we have a full kitchen, a living room with TV, a garage with washing machine and dryer, a backyard, and the bathroom would be shared with two other roommates! we also keep our communal spaces tidy!! there’s also plenty of free street parking, or you can park in the driveway!

we are asking for a roommate who preferably has no pets, but is not allergic to cats, is age , and is preferably also a woman!! also must be lgbtq+ friendly :)
