Pool right behind the condo, xfinity with wifi, Kitchen with all appliances, very comfortable living room with inch TV, parking spot put front. No smoking but can vape. a month which includes utilities. I require first and last month. Lease is month to month. I am yo quiet, respectful Male. Been here for two years and have been taking care of my dad.
