We have 1 bedroom with private bathroom for rent in a bath apartment. We are located just across pch from Newport Beach. The room can be furnished $/mo or unfinished $/mo.
You have your own private bathroom with shower and tub.
We have washer and dryer in the garage to use.
This price includes utilities and wifi.
We have 2 large dogs and 1 cat. Must be ok with animals.
Parking is street parking, or in the driveway.
We both work. One of us works from home. We are totally OK with you working from home.
No overnight guests. You def have Kitchen privileges. No drinking. No drugs of any kind.
There is also a backbay area you can swim or kayak/paddleboarding.
We enjoy peace and quiet
