I am graduating this semester and looking for someone to take over my master bedroom with private bath and walk-in closet. The room will come unfurnished. The common area furniture is mostly mine so that furniture will be replaced.

My two roommates and I are looking for a clean, kind and friendly girl. One of my roommates is in law school at Barry and the other goes to UCF. They each have a super friendly cat who gets along with other animals as well.
