Seeking January Move In or Roomate

Hi everyone, I am looking for housing beginning in early January, preferably around January . I will be graduating from the University of Maryland this December and moving back to the city for a full time job starting January . I lived in NYC this summer for an internship, and I miss it so much already.

I would love to find a place in the East Village or Lower East Side, but I am also open to Hell’s Kitchen, FiDi, and nearby neighborhoods. My budget is flexible depending on the space, but I am hoping for something clean and comfortable.
