Hi! I am moving out in December and looking for a female roommate to take over my lease for the Spring semester with January rent covered. It is a 4 bedroom, with three very sweet roommates. The apartment is Cardinal Winkler, located right behind the Walgreens on Blowing Rock Rd, about miles from campus.


The unit is bath and includes:

- Appalcart stop
- in-unit washer & dryer
- dishwasher
- internet and utilities
- heating
- free housekeeping and trash pickup

Rent is $/month with option to renew!
Large furniture pieces included, but negotiable! I will be January rent!!
