I am Arthur, a chemical engineering sophomore, accepted a co-op in Louisiana for Spring , and am looking for someone to take over my lease at Apex, College Station (formerly The Standard at College Station) from Jan-July . Available January 1st or earlier if needed (mid-December)

- Roommates are all sophomore engineering majors

- Shares a bath with one roommate
