A friend and I are looking for a third roommate. The apartment isn't yet furnished as we haven't took over the lease yet.

We are looking for some of the rooms. You would get your own gated parking spot, but bathroom is shared
Utilities will be separate fee split evenly between us.
In-unit washer/dryer
Fully equipped kitchen
Walking distance to Beverly Center, Cedars-Sinai, Melrose, La Cienega, Farmers Market, Grove.

Professional, years old. Works in Talent management dealing with social media creators. Easy going doesn't smoke or drink.

Professional, years old. Works in Private Equity. Also easy going doesn't smoke or drinl.

Looking for a roommate in the same age range who is easy going and has a stable income. We are both very clean and don't cause problems so we are looking for someone who can do the same
