Looking for a female or LGBTQ+ roommate to take over my portion of a lease (runs through September ).

This is the upper unit of a charming duplex with two private entrances, plenty of natural light, and a cozy neighborhood feel. It’s quiet, welcoming, and just a short walk to nearby parks and coffee shops with grocery stores and everyday essentials only a quick drive away.

You’ll be living with a -year-old female roommate who’s kind, laid-back, and genuinely easy to share a home with (last few pictures). She has a sweet cat and an adorable cocker spaniel, so we’re ideally looking for someone without additional pets.

I’m only moving out to live with my partner, so the room is available as soon as you’re ready.
