The Space:
Private bedroom in a 2BR apartment
bathrooms (because fighting over the bathroom is so )
Full run of the place (living room, kitchen, bathroom - you know, the essentials)
Private deck (perfect for morning coffee or pretending you're outdoorsy)
Washer/dryer in unit (no more laundromat small talk!)
Dishwasher (because we're civilized)
Central air (because humidity is the enemy)
Basement storage for all your mysterious boxes labeled "important stuff"
Parking spot included

The Deal:

Hot water included (endless showers? Go for it)
We split gas & electric (I promise not to heat the place like a sauna)
We can discuss cable (don't need a million channels but a few would be nice for binge watching). Common areas furnished but bedroom unfurnished.

About Your Future Roommate:
-year-old Marketing professional who keeps reasonable hours and questionable snacks in the pantry and mainly works from home. The apartment comes with one small beagle who is extremely friendly but terrible at respecting personal space. Because of him, no additional pets allowed - his ego couldn't handle the competition.

You Should Be:
Clean-ish (we're not doing white glove inspections, but also let's not recreate a frat house)
Employed and reliable with rent
Cool with a dog who will % try to convince you he hasn't been fed
