It is tucked behind a large group of trees, and not being on a through street makes for a quiet apartment free of street noise. You'll have your own room and own bathroom. Rent is $, not including utilities. Power and internet average out to max $ each, per month. Living room and kitchen/dining room are furnished, but the room will not be.
