Hi! I have a private room available in Knightdale (fifteen min from downtown) starting Dec first. fifty/month all-inclusive (utilities) and three hundred security deposit. Quiet neighborhood, nice house, private newly remodeled bath.

Have an extra desk with monitor you could use. I have an extra queen bed (nice) and other furniture so potentially can be furnished. There's also pretty much a full gym in the garage you're welcome to use.

I do have one sweet and chill cat (Coco) so need to be cool with cats. Active, like to workout a lot with a slight nerdy side. Easygoing, keep the common areas pretty clean. Want someone who is similarly tidy in shared spaces. Have one sweet and chill cat, so must be cool with a cat. Don't mind an overnight guest occasionally. As long as we vibe and you're respectful to the house we will get along. I'd be okay with one small pet as long they got along with my cat. Extra two fifty on deposit with pet.
