You’ll be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with two housemates who work full-time and are rarely home, so it’s quiet and comfortable. Rent is $ each if you share the room. No SSN or credit score required, and move-in is simple. The location is super convenient like Trader Joe’s, Asian markets, restaurants, and other grocery stores are very close by, and Santa Anita Mall is only a few minutes away. Overnight guests allowed up to 3 days. You can continue to rent this place if u like it after staying here for the month. You can continue to talk with the landlord to make a new contract.
