accommodations (rent & food)
to a Babysitter for Two Special Needs Children - 3 hours per day, 5 days a week - evenings.


Details: One room available (with all meals included) for FREE in a fully furnished, 2BR apartment,
in exchange for up to
three hours of babysitting per day. The duties would require that a babysitter assist my kids with a scheduled routine at night before bedtime. In exchange, there will be a rent free room available with utilities included. The apartment is clean, quiet, close to amenities, in a family neighborhood, with all utilities included. I have two small children ages 7 (boy) and 5 (girl). If you don’t mind living with kids and have childcare experience, please contact me for more details. There is off street parking available. Responsibilities:

Provide daily care and supervision tailored to the children’s specific needs (hyperactivity, ADHD, anxiety).

Prepare one (1)
healthy meal per day - (3 meals per day included with accommodations).

Assist with an evening routine such as; picking my kids up from evening daycare, driving them home, monitoring hygiene guidelines, and facilitating a smooth evening routine before bed to mitigate anxiety.

Foster a warm, safe, and nurturing environment.

Communicate regularly with the family about the child’s progress and any concerns.

Who We’re Looking For:

A kind and patient individual with experience in childcare, particularly with special needs.

Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Reliable and flexible with a genuine passion for helping children thrive.

Experience with or an innate teaching ability.

CPR and First Aid training is a plus but willing to train.
