Hi, we are renting out both bedrooms in our bath apartment during the SPRING semester but we’re also open to renting just 1 room if that’s what you’re looking for. The location is Collegetown Terrace - Quarry Building (Original price is , but negotiable). The apartment is square feet.

Each room includes:

A full-sized bed
A large desk
A spacious walk-in closet
Access to a shared full bathroom

The apartment also comes with:

A fully furnished living room and kitchen
High-speed internet (included in rent)
1x Trash fee covered by us

Two covered garage parking spots available if you need (one is paid for and I can give it to you)
