I am looking for a female tenant to take over my lease , ideal for a young professional or graduate student. You’ll be living with two other great roommates. Both are working professionals, who are clean and respectful. The landlord is also very responsive.

Location: Peaceful, quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes from Safeway, Giant, restaurants, and shopping. Easy access to I- minutes to DC and minutes to GMU.

Parking: Included, rotation for 2 reserved spots right out front and 1 visitor pass
