Chill blue collar guy lived here for 6 years I'm looking to fill a couple rooms in my home
Rooms for rent in a large home has full kitchen bathroom and laundry no garage but Street and driveway parking available house has a large backyard with lots of space has a small above ground pool and a shed for storage concrete patio barbecue a bench press with some gym equipment Wi-Fi is included
No couples and no animals I already have two dogs
is acceptable but no cigarettes whats so ever
The room if yours will be your own to style and enjoy you can put your own lock on your own bedroom door for privacy and further peace of mind
Outdoor security system and cameras as well as one camera inside the home that looks down the hallway towards the bedroom doors it does not see any living spaces
The house does not have Central Heating and Air there are no ventilation in the bedrooms besides the window it does get hot you will need a box fan in the summer
House is Chill neighborhood is cool when I'm not working I'm usually home there is coffee gas and markets on the corner it is less than 5 minutes from grocery stores and very conveniently right by the freeway less than a minute to get on the freeway the move-in fee can be negotiated we can prorate the day you move in for the month there might be a small security deposit move-in fee added
