The apartment is in Wells, Maine. There is walkable and work opportunity restaurants nearby. This plaza apartment is a 5-minute drive away from Ogunquit. It is also accessible by bicycle or electric scooter if you are trying to avoid traffic during summer.

We are couple that works a lot. Very quiet and respective to your privacy and space. The one bedroom is fully furnished with a walk-in closet. Shared bathroom, large kitchen area, dining area, living room and large basement. We already fully-furnished the apartment for a more convenient and comfortable stay for the tenants. Free amenities include one free parking, laundry in unit (washer and dryer provided), free heating, snowplowing, free Wi-fi, dumpster, water and sewer, hot water, kitchenware (utensils, pots and pans, glassware) and household cleaning supplies.
