We are two adults in our mid-to-later life, both quiet introverts who are recently out of relationships. We each could afford to live alone, but we’re choosing to be financially smart while staying on the Eastside. We’re respectful, clean, low-key people who value a peaceful home environment.

The apartment is modern, comfortable, and ideally located—surrounded by mountains and trails with a quick, beautiful commute along I-. There’s rarely traffic until you reach Issaquah.

One room is available now.
A second room will open in July when my roommate moves to the East Coast and the current lease ends. At that point, I would be open to renewing the lease and/or can furnish the room if needed, making it ideal for a traveling nurse or student.

Pets are welcome, as long as they get along with other animals—we currently have cats who are friendly and well-behaved. You must love pets.

Please note: there is no garage, so no additional on- storage. My current roommate uses an off- storage unit for his extra belongings.
If you're looking for a quiet, respectful, comfortable place to live on the Eastside with beautiful scenery and an easy commute, this is an excellent fit. Also the $ covers all utilities and 1GB internet. I have only Flex with Comcast.
