SUBLET FOR STUDIO APARTMENT!!!

I am looking for someone to sublet my STUDIO apartment at Elara at the Sawmill!

It is the base rent of $ monthly, with utilities varying ($), and the parking pass is $ every month, depending on which one you choose.

I am looking to be out of this apartment by the end of December - even earlier if possible (around the th or so - will pay the December rent in full as well as the relet fees!).

I am willing to send videos, pictures, or FaceTime if someone wants to see the exact floor plan. It is close to the NAU campus, around some coffee shops, Whole Foods, and is completely furnished.
