Looking to rent out my spare room, its ready as of december first. its fully furnished will have a firestick so you can watch whatever you want, youll have your own bathroom.

will require security deposit.
Must have job and own transportation, I can not have Anyone on ssi/ssdi living with me unfortunately.
Background check required.
No pets.
Clean person (by clean i mean showers regularly and picks up after themselves)
Non smoking individual
No couples
Be respectful of time coming and going. (does not mean curfew but i am in bed most nights by ten pm)
No guests.
