Hello! I’m a clean, respectful gay man looking for a room starting in December. I work as a Home Health Aide (HHA) and I enjoy cooking and keeping my space neat and organized.

I’m looking for a place with no deposit or where the deposit can be applied toward rent. I’m also open to sharing with an older person who might need help with cleaning or daily household tasks.
