I'm graduating this December and looking for someone to take over my lease at Riverwalk starting anytime after December th. This lease will run through
July .
Details:
-bath apartment at Riverwalk
Current rate is $/month plus $/month for trash pickup.
Currently shared with 2 male roommates and looking for another male to take my place, preferably.
Currently, there are no pets in the apartment.
