Looking for a studio apt

Hey! I’m, , and I work in finance (private equity). I used to live in the city (UWS) but moved back to my parents’ place on Long Island a couple of years ago. I’m not planning to move back full-time just yet, but I recently got a new job starting in January that’ll have me in Manhattan quite a bit. So I’m looking for a temporary spot for nights when it’s too late to commute back.
My sister () works in tech at UBS and might occasionally stay over too — just on nights when she’s working late, not regularly. We’re both super clean, quiet, and respectful. No parties, no pets, and honestly, I probably won’t be home much!
