hi everyone! i'm looking for a room to rent starting december th (move-in date can't be earlier). my budget is max with utilities included. I'm open to living with male or female roommates.

a little about me: i'm years old, work two jobs, and can provide proof of employment for both of my jobs and credit info if needed. i moved from alaska and i've been renting my first apartment in ballard for almost a year, but i'm looking to move closer to south seattle.

preferred areas include burien, rainier valley, rainier beach, rainier view, othello, columbia city, sea tac, tukwila, or west renton (not east renton because of bus schedules). ideally close to a bus stop or light rail (1 line). max walking distance i'd consider is around minutes.

a bit about me personally: i'm a raver, but i keep that part of my life to events only, never at home. i'm friendly, clean, and easy to get along with. i used to be a commercial fisherman for a few years on a tender boat, but now work as a receptionist and at a salad bowl place. outside work, i love making crafts like bracelets and perlers, playing basketball and soccer, and i'm hoping to find a basketball group to join soon. i'm also into video games, reading, edm, and anime.
