Looking to rent out the master bedroom w/
en suite bathroom, and spacious walk in closet. The bedroom is furnished w/full bed & headboard, bedside table, lamp and large dresser but you can bring your own if you prefer. There is a dining table that seats 4, as well as a little breakfast area w/2 bar stools. The living room has a full sofa, love seat, coffee table, large area rug and side table. The kitchen has all cooking items (silverware, pots/pans, dishes, etc…..). Full sized washer/dryer in unit as well as a nice screened patio. Cable/internet not included. Background and credit check required. This is a gated community that has a spacious clubhouse, fitness center, car care center, picnic areas and large pool. The community also hosts many activities for the residents on a regular basis. Also, within a few miles you will find plenty of shopping, restaurants, fuel, medical care and places of worship. Easy access to the expressway. Unfortunately no pets and no smoking. I am LGBTQIA+ friendly. Looking for someone who is respectful, not a partier and drama free. I occupy the smaller bedroom and bathroom but other than my bedroom, you would have full access to the apartment. Looking to have rented by 1st of December.
